REFUND POLICY

We at Digital Entrepreneur LLC want you to be satisfied with your purchase of any of our products.

In the event that you decide your purchase was not the right decision and you are unable to achieve results, contact our support team, show us you actually did the work by submitting ALL the work that you completed. We will review it and attempt to help correct the issue.

If you have done the work, and are not seeing results, we will work with you one on one to help you achieve results. If we cannot help solve the issue and achieve results, we’ll issue you a prompt FULL refund.

To be eligible for a refund, you must submit your request and complete homework before 11:59pm Eastern Standard Time on the 30th day following your purchase. After you submit your materials, all refunds are discretionary*.

No refunds will be provided more than 30 days following the date of purchase. There will be no exceptions.

If you opted for a payment plan, all payments must be completed. You may not cancel part way through. This is done to avoid fraud.

*Note: As mentioned above, all refunds are discretionary. If you just downloaded the training material (pdfs, audios, videos, and/or etc), and then promptly asked for a refund, we reserve the right to deny your refund request.

The point of this policy is to give people the chance to try the system, and if it doesn’t work, they can get their money back. It wasn’t designed to enable people to steal the training material.

If you pay in full or choose the payment plan and then download the materials, see the videos and get the information, then there will be no refunds issued and you must complete the payment plan if you selected one.

Furthermore, if it is clear that your homework is incomplete or that you did not implement the strategies taught in the course, your refund will be denied. However, we will still help and support you in order to get you results.

1) At which point can we help people?

We can help people who want to earn money online and people who want to start a digital business. Whether you want to start a digital business or not, we can help you learn how to become a Digital Closer or Digital Entrepreneur so you can generate an income online.

2) I've tried other programs and didn't get results, how do I know this will work?

These are the methods I used myself to scale my digital business so they are proven to work. We also have multiple successful students who have used the same framework to become Digital Closers.

3) I'm not sure about paying for coaching.

I've been there, I once thought I could do everything myself and ended up making many mistakes that set me back a lot more times than I'd like to admit.

When I worked with my first coach I learned so much and started scaling my digital business and earning 5 figures per month. And after learning so much and avoiding many mistakes thanks to the advice I got I can definitely say it was all worth it.

4) Do you need to have a college degree to do this?

You don't need one, I studied Electrical Engineering but after graduating I learned about business and marketing from courses and coaching instead. A degree could help you find a job but you don't need it to teach, you just need to know what you are talking about.

5) What if I don't know how to sell?

We can teach you how to sell and share scripts with you. Even if you don't know how to sell you can reach a level where you can start doing it yourself.

6) Do I need a large following on social media?

No. The only thing you really need is to know how to generate leads (and we'll show you how). My personal instagram is relatively small and I have had students start earning 5 figures a month with less than 1k followers on instagram.

7) If I purchase now can I start later?

You can start whenever you want after your purchase. But if you already took that first step and purchased it, why not start working on it today?

8) I'm not in the USA, will this work in other countries?

Definitely, the only real requirement is that you have internet access. I have had international students achieve their goals so there's nothing stopping you from doing the same.
